• Support communication between the Trust & Safety Regulations team and other departments, helping ensure the right teams are informed when new requirements arise, when action is needed, and when implementation work has been completed.
• Help start and coordinate regulatory implementation projects by identifying the teams that need to be involved, arranging initial discussions, tracking actions and supporting the development of appropriate approval processes and workflows.
• Support launch and feature approval checks by reviewing proposed launches and product changes against documented regulatory requirements and confirming that required reviews and approvals have taken place.
• Maintain clear records of regulatory actions, project status and completed implementation work so that stakeholders can easily understand what has changed, what is required and what has been delivered.
• Support ad hoc regulatory and compliance requests, including research, information gathering, internal coordination and preparation of concise summaries or guidance.
