As an Inside Sales Representative supporting Fiplex Communications, you will play a key role in accelerating growth across Strategic Accounts with a special focus on our new Cellular DAS solution. You will proactively identify, qualify, and nurture opportunities by following up on marketing campaigns, construction database leads, partner referrals, and targeted prospecting efforts with building owners, developers, general contractors, electrical contractors, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
You will report directly to our Director of Sales and work on a remote work schedule.
In this role, you will impact Fiplex’s growth by building a strong front-end pipeline for Cellular DAS and in-building wireless opportunities, supporting Strategic Account Managers with account development, and helping customers understand how Fiplex solutions can improve in-building cellular coverage, public safety communications, and mission-critical connectivity in complex environments.
Responsibilities

- Support Strategic Account Managers by identifying decision-makers, mapping account opportunities, scheduling discovery meetings, and maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
- Research target accounts, construction projects, building portfolios, and vertical markets to uncover opportunities where Cellular DAS, Public Safety DAS, BDA, passive DAS, battery backup, and related Fiplex solutions may be required.

- Use CRM tools to document prospecting activity, lead status, customer interactions, opportunity notes, next steps, and pipeline progress with accuracy and discipline.
- Deliver introductory Fiplex and Cellular DAS value messaging to prospects, including positioning around safer buildings, stronger connectivity, scalable deployment, and support for strategic account growth.
- Stay informed on market trends, construction activity, cellular coverage needs, public safety communication requirements, competitor activity, and Fiplex product developments to improve lead quality and conversion.
