Performance Marketing Manager - Join Our Innovative Team at thinkcell Software
Our Story
At thinkcell, we create powerful software solutions that help professionals be more efficient and productive. Founded in 2002 and based in Berlin, our tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office to help users create presentations, charts, and diagrams with ease. Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
What You Will Do
Join us as a Performance Marketing Manager and take ownership of how thinkcell shows up in the paid media landscape, across Google and LinkedIn, from brand awareness to demand generation. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and execution: thinking carefully about who we are trying to reach and why, then building, running, and optimising the campaigns that get us there.
You'll be joining a collaborative, cross-functional marketing team with space to grow and bring your ideas to the table. We like to find smarter ways of doing things and we're the kind of people who actually want to understand why something works, not just that it does, and why people click (or don't). If that sounds like your kind of team, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and optimise Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns with a clear B2B focus, targeting the right industries, job titles, and intent signals
- Run LinkedIn campaigns across Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Document Ads, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting specific companies and buying groups
- Manage always-on brand awareness campaigns alongside lead generation activity, keeping both objectives in healthy tension
- Design and run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and messaging, and draw clear conclusions from the results
- Brief and review ad creatives and landing pages, with a good eye for what works visually in a B2B paid context
- Work closely with sales, RevOps, content, and design to ensure paid messaging stays coherent with our broader brand and product positioning
- Progressively explore and integrate AI tools into your workflows, building sound judgment about where they genuinely help and where they don't, always with brand consistency, data privacy, and quality in mind
You will be great for this position if you have
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing, with meaningful time spent on both Google Ads and LinkedIn
