• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Field Sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle, prospecting techniques, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
• Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or indirect sales models is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build relationships at different organizational levels.
• Strong customer focus, active listening skills, and the ability to identify business needs and position value-based solutions.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, depending on the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel as required, approximately 25% for remote-based positions.
