Facilities Support

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any safety concerns or issues
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services
• Assist in budget planning and tracking for facility maintenance and operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand facility needs and provide timely support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance and operations

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities management
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong knowledge of facilities management best practices and industry trends
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Experience with budget management and financial analysis
