• Support the assembly of high-voltage electrical enclosures and related components following established safety procedures and training.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment to complete assigned production tasks.
• Inspect assembled components to identify defects, ensure proper installation, and maintain quality standards.
• Identify and report assembly-related issues and assist with troubleshooting or corrective actions as needed.
• Complete work orders, assembly reports, and other required production documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support production goals and continuous improvement.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, automotive technology, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or a related production environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, electrical enclosures, relays, or similar industrial electrical components preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Experience assembling high-voltage electrical components or systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to identify and communicate assembly-related issues.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow established production procedures.
• Willingness to learn new assembly processes, tools, and techniques.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet production schedules.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must be available to work 1st shift, currently scheduled Monday through Thursday (6am-4:30pm)
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, including Fridays, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support production requirements.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, employees are frequently required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods. The role requires regular use of hands and fingers to operate tools, handle components, and perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks. Employees are required to lift, push, pull, and carry materials, components, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Assistance or lifting equipment may be provided for heavier or oversized items as needed.
