Tech

Position Summary: Done playing by the dealership's rules?

Tired of flat rates that punish you for working hard? Sick of clocking out with nothing to show for it? Done being just another wrench in a broken system?

It's time to make the move.

As a B-Level Technician at our fast-paced collision center, you'll leave all of that behind…for good. No more flat rate games. No more oil changes. No more politics. Just guaranteed overtime built into every week, a team that actually respects your craft, and a shop that moves at the speed you were built for.

You'll be hands-on from day one. Carefully disassembling vehicles, prepping them for precision repair, and reassembling them to Tesla's strict factory specifications. This isn't grunt work. This is skilled, technical, and meaningful.

We're looking for experienced mechanics and automotive techs who are ready to level up into the collision repair world which is one of the fastest-growing and highest-paying trades in the industry right now.

What you leave behind:

• Flat rate pay that caps your earning potential
• Dealership bureaucracy and micromanagement
• Dead-end routines with no room to grow

What you gain:

• Hourly pay + built-in OT every week
• A high-energy, production-driven shop culture
• Real career growth into collision repair
• Management that has your back

If you've got the skills and the hunger, we've got the opportunity. Come work somewhere that works for you.

• Collaborate with estimators and technicians to ensure repair plans align with manufacturer procedures.

• Maintain safety and organization by keeping your workspace clean and following all shop protocols.

 Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician, ideally in a dealership, collision center, or EV repair facility.
