A-Level Tech

Position Summary: Are you the best tech in your shop and tired of being treated like you're not?

Done letting flat rates decide what your hard work is worth? Sick of clocking out feeling like you left money and pride on the table? Tired of the same oil changes, the same politics, the same dead-end grind?

You're not built for average. Neither are we.

At Total Recon, A-Level Technicians don't just fix cars, they restore Teslas to factory perfection. We're talking state-of-the-art tools, Tesla-specific repair protocols, and a crew of serious techs who take their craft personally. Every vehicle that rolls through our doors is a challenge worth showing up for.

And here's what you'll never deal with again: flat rates. We pay hourly with built-in overtime every single week, so your hard work actually shows up in your check. No more gambling on hours. No more getting shortchanged for being efficient. Just consistent, reliable pay that rewards the caliber of tech you already are.

This is the shop where your skills finally get the respect and the paycheck they deserve.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have A-level mechanical experience from a dealership or independent shop
• Are ready to step into the future of automotive repair
• Take pride in precision and won't cut corners
• Want to be part of something you can actually brag about

If you're the best in your shop but the ceiling is too low…kick the door open and come work where the best belong.
