Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to validate quotas, employee eligibility, attainment, bookings, revenue, and commission results.
Support annual sales compensation plan design and implementation, including new commissionable roles, plan modeling, documentation, system configuration, and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and reconciliations for commissions, quota attainment, commission spend, forecasting, trends, and plan effectiveness.
Audit Salesforce and Tableau data and maintain appropriate controls, reconciliations, and backup documentation to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and auditability of commission calculations.
