TechOps keeps CreateFuture running — everything from the laptop in someone's bag on day one to the identity platforms, networks and cloud services behind our day-to-day work, across a business of 500+ people throughout the UK. We're a small team with a wide remit, which for you means unusually broad exposure: device management, identity, networking, cloud and security, rather than one narrow corner of IT.

TechOps keeps CreateFuture running.  Everything from the laptop in someone's bag on day one to the identity platforms, networks and cloud services behind our day-to-day work, across a business of 500+ people spread across offices and home setups throughout the UK and Bulgaria. We're a small team with a wide remit, which means we own things properly rather than raise tickets and wait. We're deliberately automation-first: if something has to be done twice, we'd rather script it, package it or put it behind policy. That includes AI tooling, which is now a real part of the estate rather than a side experiment. We manage Claude, Copilot and a growing set of AI services across the business, and use them heavily in our own work.

This is a senior role for someone who wants breadth. You'll be the technical anchor for a big chunk of our infrastructure, the person others come to when something's genuinely hard, and a strong voice in where we take the estate next.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning and improving our macOS estate in Jamf Pro — profiles, packaging, patching, extension attributes and zero-touch enrolment
