About the Role:
Job Summary: As a System Administrator, you will build, and maintain organization's IT infrastructure. You will collaborate with other IT experts and business stakeholders to ensure the optimal performance, security, and compliance of systems, networks, and applications. Additionally, you will mentor junior administrators, develop strategic IT initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in IT operations.

Responsibilities:**
- Server installation, configuration, and maintenance on Azure, Virtualization & Operating Systems.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for Endpoint OS & Hardware.
- Endpoint Device Management ( Entra/Jamf Admin) and Group policy deployment.
- Develop automation / leveraging AI to streamline tasks.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical systems.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (M365) services, Defender,DLP, Purview and manage enterprise software licenses.
- Push patches, upgrades, drivers and software to endpoints.
- Configure & support networks (Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus),Wi-Fi and authentication issues.
- Support Firewall & manage VPNs
- Develop comprehensive documentation for projects.
- Identify issues, write clear instructions, and use visual aids.
