Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking a deeply curious and technically strong Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics & Insights to transform Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and labor market data into a unified strategic analytics function within Power BI. Collaborate with Data Engineering to support Snowflake integrations, data governance, and scalable workforce analytics infrastructure.
Perform advanced statistical, trend, and predictive analyses to identify workforce risks, hiring challenges, attrition drivers, talent gaps, and emerging business opportunities.
Develop forecasting models and predictive analytics solutions that help leaders anticipate hiring demand, retention challenges, organizational changes, workforce needs, and labor market shifts.
Analyze labor market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to support global hiring strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
Create executive presentations, scorecards, and compelling data-driven stories that communicate insights, recommendations, business impacts, and emerging trends while fostering a data-driven culture.
