We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. But our drive is unrivaled, just like our athletes. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.
A Day in the Life:
As an International Media Manager, you'll be at the center of driving high-impact paid media campaigns that fuel brand growth and amplify our presence across the digital landscape. You'll own the end-to-end execution of campaigns across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Amazon, Twitch, Spotify, and Reddit, transforming strategic media plans into flawlessly executed launches. From audience targeting and budget allocation to creative deployment, tracking, and optimization, you'll ensure every campaign is built to perform. Working cross-functionally with Digital Managers, Analytics, Brand, and local market teams, you'll help deliver best-in-class media execution, maximize performance, and keep our brands front and center where culture, consumers, and communities collide.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Campaign Planning, Build & Launch: Plan, build, configure, quality-check, and launch digital media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Amazon, Twitch, Spotify, Reddit, and other relevant platforms, ensuring accurate targeting, budgets, placements, creative, tracking, and scheduling.
- Campaign Performance & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, budget pacing, delivery, and platform alerts; execute approved optimizations and provide regular performance updates and key learnings to the Digital Media team.
- Campaign Learnings & Future Recommendations: Document key campaign and platform learnings and translate results into actionable recommendations to improve future campaign strategy, targeting, media allocation, and overall performance.
- Brand Lift Measurement: Support the execution of Brand Lift Studies by partnering with Analytics and platform representatives to define learning objectives, coordinate study setup, and ensure measurement aligns with campaign goals.
- Campaign Troubleshooting & Platform Support: Troubleshoot campaign setup, delivery, and platform issues with internal teams, agencies, and platform representatives, escalating significant issues or concerns as needed.
- Media Billing & Invoice Management: Coordinate media billing and invoice processing across platforms and partners to ensure invoices are accurate, processed, and paid on time each month.
