Key Responsibilities

Analyse and resolve any Income data discrepancies between information received from service providers, the official securities documents, and our internal database
Collaborate with Client Service team to provide support on income‑related queries in a client‑focused and professional way
Proactively challenge and follow up with service providers on any issues related to the timeliness or accuracy of income information.
Have a continuous‑improvement mindset and be comfortable to structurally challenge, speak up, and explore ways to improve our operational processes.
