Sales Director

Lifted is the first talent, country, and contract-agnostic contingent workforce management solution, giving enterprises a unified way to source, contract, manage, and pay any type of contingent talent, anywhere in the world. Lifted is expanding its enterprise sales team and hiring a Sales Director to land new enterprise logos and drive net-new revenue.

This is a senior, quota-carrying role responsible for owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will lead deals involving Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, business-unit and contingent workforce management leadership.

You will position Lifted’s full offering (IC, AOR, EOR, staff augmentation, and outsourced solutions) and navigate enterprise buying processes to win high-value accounts.

What You’ll Do

New Logo Acquisition

• Build and manage a targeted enterprise pipeline to consistently drive new logo acquisition
• Lead outbound engagement with senior stakeholders
• Run discovery across workforce strategy, compliance, procurement, and technology
• Create and advance qualified opportunities aligned to Lifted’s core offering

Deal Ownership

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle through close, meeting or exceeding quota targets
• Develop deal strategy, positioning, and commercial proposals
• Navigate complex procurement processes, RFPs, and multi-round evaluations
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting

Expansion and Positioning

• Identify expansion opportunities across IC compliance, AOR, and EOR, staffing, and workflow automation solutions
• Position Lifted within the broader contingent workforce ecosystem
• Drive strategic account penetration and long-term revenue potential

Internal Alignment

• Partner with Solutions, Product, Legal, and Delivery to win and execute deals successfully
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to improve pipeline development and conversion

This role is for you if

• You are motivated by landing new logos and building pipeline from scratch
• You are comfortable owning long, complex sales cycles end-to-end
• You prefer closing deals over managing existing accounts
• You operate with high ownership and follow-through
• You are comfortable operating in environments where processes are still being built

This role is not for you if

• You prefer account management or expanding existing relationships
• You rely on inbound demand rather than building pipeline
• You are uncomfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• You prefer highly structured environments with established processes

What It Takes to Catch Our Eye

• 10+ years in enterprise new business sales within contingent workforce, staffing, HR tech, or procurement tech, with direct experience selling into enterprise workforce, talent programs, and contingent workforce program leaders
• Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals (6 to 18+ month cycles)
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce models (IC, AOR, EOR, MSP, VMS, compliance frameworks)
• Executive presence and ability to navigate C-level conversations
• High ownership, strong pipeline discipline, and consistent follow-through
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Lift Your Career. Shape the Future of Work.

Our Mission: Unify contingent work. Elevate how it gets done. This isn’t just a promise to clients, it’s how we work at Lifted. Every feature we build, every client interaction we have, and every team decision we make is a chance to reduce fragmentation and set a new standard for efficiency, quality, and impact. We’re not just building technology, we’re building the new standard for how enterprise companies engage talent.

This is the right place for you if you are motivated by ambitious goals, ready to do what it takes to win, boldly curious in asking questions and exploring better ways forward, and dedicated to following through on your commitments. You’ll thrive here if you raise the bar for yourself and others, collaborate across teams, and help others succeed so we can achieve our shared mission.

This may not be the right place for you if you’re uncomfortable with constructive feedback, prefer rigid structure, shy away from high expectations and accountability, or find it difficult to adapt in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

We operate with the agility of a startup and the impact of a global enterprise. Our values — trust, innovation, curiosity, excellence, and ownership — guide how we work and fuel the culture we’re building together. And while our mission is big, growth here is both company-wide and personal, creating opportunities to learn fast, take ownership, and build a career that helps shape the future of work.
