Recruiting Sourcer

What We're Up ToKalshi has built the first federally regulated financial exchange that lets people trade on the outcome of real-world events - from elections and inflation to sports and entertainment. In just the past year, over 1 million people have signed up, with more than $3 billion in trades on the platform.

We recently closed our Series C and are now available to trade directly on Robinhood, marking a major step toward bringing event-based markets to the mainstream.

We’re on a mission to let people capitalize on their opinions and hedge risks tied to everyday life  - and we’re just getting started. The road ahead is ambitious, uncharted, and transformative. We’re looking for passionate, outlier team members who want to help reshape the future of the financial system.

The Role: Recruiting SourcerFind the people building the future of financial markets.

Kalshi is looking for a sharp, proactive Recruiting Sourcer to help fuel our next stage of growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier talent across engineering, operations, growth, and more. Working closely with the Talent Lead, hiring managers, and the founders, you’ll be at the front lines of our recruiting efforts - building the candidate pipeline that powers our company.

This isn’t a backseat sourcing role. You’ll play a central part in shaping Kalshi’s team, working across all stages of early funnel development - from creative outreach strategies to talent mapping, inbound screening, and coordination. You’ll help craft our narrative, elevate our bar, and ensure that every candidate’s first touchpoint with Kalshi reflects the ambition of what we’re building.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and engage top talent across multiple functions, with a strong focus on quality and speed
• Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential candidates — both active and passive
• Partner with the Talent Lead and hiring managers to understand role needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Strategize and experiment with new sourcing methods and tools
Craft personalized outreach and represent Kalshi’s mission with clarity and enthusiasm
• Own initial screening calls and manage candidates through the early funnel
• Help optimize our sourcing processes and tools as we scale

You’ll Thrive If You Are...

• Hyper-organized and capable of juggling multiple searches at once
• Proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do, you take initiative
• Creative in your sourcing approach and always exploring new channels
• A strong communicator who can tell a compelling story about Kalshi
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for identifying talent others might miss
• Collaborative and a team player who enjoys working across functions
Results-driven, focused on finding great candidates and moving fast

Our CultureWe’re a team that moves fast, works hard, and gets things done. Ownership, speed, and scrappiness are key traits here — and we invest heavily in the people who show them. We think of Kalshi as a tight-knit group, bonded by the mission and driven by the excitement of building something truly new.
If you're excited to hunt down outlier talent and build the foundation of one of the most ambitious companies in finance, we’d love to hear from you.

Commitment to Equal Opportunity
