Overview: We’re looking for Sales Associates to join our team in Nashville! As a Sales Associate, you’ll bring our brand story to life, help customers find bracelets that speak to them, and create an unforgettable in-store experience.
What you’ll do:
- Share our mission, help customers find the perfect pieces, and personalize recommendations based on their needs.
- Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events—making every visit extra special.
- Assist with transactions at the POS system, answer customer questions, and provide top-notch service.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our customers.
- Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
