Agriculture Insurance Producer

Producer
Patriot Growth Insurance Services

Why This Role Matters

If you're driven to build something of your own, know how to earn trust fast, and hold yourself to a standard most people in sales don't, this is the role that puts all of it to use.

Our agency is growing, and we need producers who want to grow with it. You'll be building a book from the ground up, prospecting new business, developing relationships, and closing deals across personal lines, commercial lines, or both, depending on where your strengths take you. The clients you win expect a lot and remember who delivers. The team behind you works with you, not around you. And you'll have the platform behind you: national carrier access, 150+ locations, a team that genuinely collaborates, so you're never building your book without the right resources in reach.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

How You'll Make an Impact

• Prospect and generate new business consistently so that your book grows month over month, not just when it's convenient.
• Build relationships with potential clients so that when they're ready to buy, you're the first person they call.
• Partner with account managers and underwriters on marketing and quoting so that every prospect gets a competitive, well-built proposal.
• Close new business and transition it smoothly into service so that clients feel supported from the very first conversation.
• Leverage Patriot's carrier relationships and brand so that you're never prospecting without credibility and support behind you.
• Track your pipeline and activity consistently so that your growth is visible, coachable, and built to last.

Who You Are

• You're self-motivated and comfortable with the grind of prospecting, you don't wait for leads to come to you.
• You build trust quickly, whether it's a cold conversation or a warm introduction, people believe you mean what you say.
• You handle rejection without losing momentum, a "no" today doesn't change your plan for tomorrow.
• You're coachable, you take feedback on your pitch, your pipeline, and your process and actually apply it.
• You think long-term, you're building a book and a career, not chasing a single sale.
• You're looking for a place that matches your ambition, you want an environment that invests in producers who put in the work.

What You Bring

Your Background:

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role, typically 1–3 years
• Comfort with outbound prospecting (calls, referrals, networking, or similar)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

Valuable Additions:

• Prior insurance industry experience

About Patriot Growth Insurance Services

At Patriot, we build our teams around a simple idea: people do their best work when they feel supported as whole people, not just managed as employees. We're invested in your growth, not just your output, and we back that up with a competitive salary and a comprehensive health and welfare program that extends to your family and domestic partners too, because who you're building a life with matters to us as much as the work you do.

Founded in 2019, Patriot is a growth-focused national insurance services firm that partners with employee benefits and property and casualty agencies across the United States. We're currently ranked the 25th-largest broker in the U.S. by Business Insurance and were named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. With over 2,100 employees operating in 150+ locations across more than 45 states, our collaborative model gives every person and every agency the resources and support they need to grow, while each agency keeps its own identity, culture, and way of doing business. That growth has never been about numbers alone, it's about the people behind them.
