The Role
Mode is looking for an all-star Senior Product Manager to join our Product-led organization and build great software that users love. At the outset, you will be responsible for multiple products in the utility space (including AppLock Pro, AppLock Lite, and Gallery) as well as an in-development AI-based rewarded app. You will lead your own cross-functional team, and partner with key stakeholders (monetization, design, UA to develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap that helps achieve our organizational goals.
Monetization is the center of the work, not an afterthought. Apps may monetize through subscriptions, ads, affiliate offers, or a blend of multiple methods, and are tuned to the audience and the market rather than copied from a template. As an organization, we are also investing heavily in data monetization, where users are compensated for data they choose to share, and you will own how that is offered, consented to, and valued.
As the organization continues to grow and acquire additional properties, your ownership areas may change.
You will report to the Director of Product.
