About The Role:

• Build and scale dashboards, planning tools, and systems to support real-time decision making.
• Identify and solve cross-functional planning challenges, helping bridge strategic goals with financial execution.
• Support ad hoc analysis to evaluate new initiatives, business cases, or shifts in operating strategy.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning roles, ideally in high-growth or consumer-facing industries. Early Experience in investment banking and/or consulting is highly desirable

• Experience building and managing financial planning processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Strong modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Track record of collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

• Skilled communicator with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.

• Comfortable working through ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

The target total compensation ranges from $135,700 – $163,000 including a fixed annual salary of $118,000 – $148,000, an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
