We are looking for a Staff Antenna Design Engineer to develope high performing miniaturized antennas and RF to our future products.
What You Will Do:
- You will create high performing wearable products.
- Design, simulate, and optimize antennas for low-power wearable devices, including multi-band multisystem solutions.
- Perform electromagnetic simulations (e.g., CST, HFSS, others) and validate designs with bench and OTA measurements.
- Build prototypes quickly and effectively to evaluate design concepts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams to integrate antennas into highly constrained form factors.
- Conduct over-the-air (OTA) performance testing and troubleshooting in collaboration with other engineering teams.
- Drive root cause analysis and design iteration for antenna performance issues in prototypes and production units.

- Travel to support prototype builds in both Europe and Asia: ~5-20% of time yearly
We Would Love to Consider You for this Role if You Have:
- 10+ years experience in antenna and RF design, preferably for compact consumer electronics, wearables or IoT devices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools such as CST Microwave Studio, Ansys HFSS or others
- Experience with antenna measurement tools (e.g., vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, radio communication testers, OTA chambers).
