Director Of Product

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Director of Product, Claims Design to join our Product Management team.

Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.

About the role:

Oscar is looking for a Director of Product Management to deliver a world class payment experience for our providers and members.

Claims payment sits at the heart of the health plan and has tremendous influence not only on our partners and members but Oscar as a company. In order to achieve our vision of being the consumer healthcare brand of the future, our payments experience must be the best. Our proprietary claims platform, strong AI tailwinds, and our consumer oriented mission position this leadership role to bring meaningful, much needed change to the healthcare payment experience for the entire ecosystem - especially members.
