WHY NEW ENGEN?

At New Engen, we help brands grow, not just bigger, but smarter. We're a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.

Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into one or more of our specialized teams. Digital Marketing drives performance through integrated media, retail, search, paid social, analytics, and optimization strategies. Donut Studios creates platform-native creative built for today's digital landscape. Influencer helps brands build authentic creator partnerships and execute influencer marketing programs. Grapevine makes it easy for brands to license high-performing creator content at scale. While each team brings its own expertise, we work together as one New Engen to deliver meaningful results for our clients.

We're a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, marketers, technologists, and makers who are all in on helping brands, and each other, thrive.

ABOUT THE NEW ENGEN NETWORK

We’re building a community of freelancers, contractors, and project-based professionals who are interested in collaborating with New Engen on future opportunities.

Our teams regularly need specialized talent to support short-term projects, temporary assignments, quick-turn work, and evolving client needs. Joining our Network gives you the opportunity to share your experience, expertise, portfolio, availability, and preferred type of work so we can connect when the right project comes up.

This is an evergreen talent community, not an application for a specific current opening or permanent position.

WHAT YOU MAY WORK ON

The scope of each opportunity will depend on the needs of the project, but we’re interested in connecting with professionals across areas such as:

• Account management and client services
• Creative strategy
• Art direction, copywriting, and design
• Content, community, and social media
• Influencer and creator marketing
• Media planning, buying, and performance marketing
• Affiliate and partner marketing
• Production, editing, and motion design
• Strategy and research
• Data, analytics, and measurement
• Project, program, and resource management
• Technology and development
• Other specialized areas supporting our clients and teams

Projects may involve collaborating with New Engen team members, supporting client work, bringing specialized expertise to a defined initiative, or helping our teams manage an increase in short-term demand.

WHO WE’D LOVE TO MEET

We’d love to connect with professionals who:

• Are open to freelance, contract, temporary, or project-based work
• Bring relevant professional experience in their area of expertise
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Can work independently while staying connected to a fast-moving team
• Are organized, reliable, and comfortable adapting to different project needs
• Can share relevant work samples, a portfolio, reel, or examples of past work when applicable
• Are prepared to discuss their availability, preferred schedule, and hourly or daily rate

Experience working with an agency, marketing team, creative studio, production company, or client-services organization may be helpful, depending on the opportunity.

HOW THE NEW ENGEN NETWORK WORKS

When you join the New Engen Network, your information will be available to New Engen’s Recruiting team for consideration as relevant project needs arise.

Submitting your information does not guarantee that you will be contacted, interviewed, or offered an engagement. If your skills, experience, rate, and availability align with an opportunity, someone from our team may reach out to discuss the project and next steps.

Opportunities may vary in duration and may require either part-time or full-time weekly availability. “Full-time” in this context describes the expected project schedule; it does not mean the opportunity is a permanent, full-time position.

Some temporary or project-based engagements may eventually lead to consideration for permanent employment. However, conversion is not guaranteed and is not the primary purpose of this Network.

ENGAGEMENT DETAILS

The structure of each engagement will depend on the specific project and may include freelance, independent contractor, fixed-term temporary, or other project-based arrangements.

Project scope, duration, location requirements, schedule, compensation, and any applicable benefits will be discussed before an engagement begins. Compensation will vary based on the work, required experience, engagement structure, and expected time commitment.

LET’S BUILD WHAT’S NEXT TOGETHER

Even if we don’t have an immediate opportunity that matches your background, we’d still love to learn more about you.

Share your experience, areas of expertise, portfolio or work samples, availability, and preferred type of engagement to join the New Engen Network. We’ll be in touch if an opportunity aligns with what you bring.

Compensation for each opportunity is determined based on the applicable labor market, the scope and structure of the role or engagement, and the individual’s qualifications and experience.

New Engen is proud to have offices in Seattle, New York, and Northwest Arkansas, each one anchoring teams that drive creativity, collaboration, and culture.
