About the company

At Nuitée, we are building the API backbone for the global travel industry. Founded in 2017, Nuitée is on a mission to transform a fragmented travel ecosystem with simple, scalable, and API-first infrastructure—think “Stripe for Travel.”

By enabling seamless connectivity between hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses, some of which are entering the travel market for the first time, Nuitée empowers companies to deliver reliable travel products effortlessly. Our robust platform simplifies complex supplier networks, offering direct access to hotel inventory with better pricing, coverage, and technology.

With teams across the globe, including hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca and Casablanca, Nuitée has grown into a global infrastructure provider trusted by industry leaders like Hopper, Priceline, Google, and Uber.

Now backed by leading VCs and world-class investors including leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, Nuitée is positioned to redefine the B2B travel market, streamline operations for hotels, and enable new applications through cutting-edge APIs.

Nuitée is at the forefront of a revolution—delivering AI-powered, smarter, and more personalized travel experiences for a new era.

About the job

Remote in EU, or hybrid in Barcelona, Palma, Dublin, or Casablanca.

This is a product role where a good idea in the morning can be in the product by the evening.

You'll own Mapping & Content: the layer that decides whether a room one supplier calls "Deluxe Double" and another calls "Habitación Deluxe" are recognized as the same physical room, at a precision and coverage the rest of the industry hasn't matched.

You’ll run it as a full business and product domain. You’re accountable for the outcomes, economics, priorities, and product decisions. You’ll help define what success looks like, then decide with your team what to prioritise, what to test, what to build, and where to make trade-offs.

The problem underneath is unusually complex. A single physical hotel room can be described in 500 to 1,000 different ways across suppliers, languages, and content formats. How do you resolve that ambiguity at scale, and keep improving coverage without degrading accuracy?

What makes it interesting for you

• You can move extremely fast. There's very little red tape, teams make their own product decisions, and the culture is much closer to ask for forgiveness than wait for permission. If something makes sense, you can test it quickly instead of spending weeks getting alignment.
• You own the path to the outcome. You'll agree what success looks like, then decide with your team how to get there.
• You get a genuinely hard, industry-wide problem. Room and hotel mapping has resisted easy solutions across travel, and you're inheriting one of the strongest systems in the market: roughly 99.5% accuracy at 85% coverage, validated by customers like EasyJet who chose Nuitée over the alternatives.
• You'll help build Nuitee's product organisation. We got to roughly €1B in booking value without a proper product org. Now we're building one, and you'll help shape it as we push toward €10B.

Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, was profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel, and works with companies such as Revolut, Grab, Hopper, Priceline, and Sabre. This role comes with meaningful equity, so when we hit our next growth milestones, you get real upside in the company you’re helping build.

The kind of problems you’ll work on

• How do you map the same physical room across hundreds of differently worded supplier descriptions, in different languages, with extremely high confidence?
• When should the system prioritize coverage versus precision, and how do you increase coverage without degrading accuracy?
• How do you identify the highest-value mapping failures and focus the team where better mapping creates the biggest customer or commercial impact?

This role fits if you

• Have owned a product or business area end to end for several years and can show the outcomes you drove.
• Understand entity resolution and can go deep into data or ML product problems: search, matching, catalogues, identity, recommendations, knowledge graphs, or content quality.
• Can go deep into data and technical mechanics and turn that into product decisions, without needing to be the person building the algorithm.
• Are comfortable working closely with engineering and data science on technically complex products.
• Have worked in a high-pressure environment where you were expected to drive the outcome yourself.
• Are willing to go deep into ambiguous, probabilistic problems rather than staying at surface-level product management.

Data and platform depth matters more to us than travel experience.

Nuitée moves quickly, has little process, and gives people a lot of room to make decisions. You’ll do well here if ambiguity does not slow you down, you like going deep into difficult problems, and you want to be accountable for what your product actually delivers.

If this sounds like your kind of product role, we’d love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The process is straightforward and typically takes 2–3 weeks.
