Technical Integration Manager

About the company

At Nuitée, we are building the API backbone for the global travel industry. Founded in 2017, Nuitée is on a mission to transform a fragmented travel ecosystem with simple, scalable, and API-first infrastructure—think “Stripe for Travel.”

By enabling seamless connectivity between hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses, some of which are entering the travel market for the first time, Nuitée empowers companies to deliver reliable travel products effortlessly. Our robust platform simplifies complex supplier networks, offering direct access to hotel inventory with better pricing, coverage, and technology.

With teams across the globe, including hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca and Casablanca, Nuitée has grown into a global infrastructure provider trusted by industry leaders like Hopper, Priceline, Google, and Uber.

Now backed by leading VCs and world-class investors including leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, Nuitée is positioned to redefine the B2B travel market, streamline operations for hotels, and enable new applications through cutting-edge APIs.

Nuitée is at the forefront of a revolution—delivering AI-powered, smarter, and more personalized travel experiences for a new era.

About the role

Remote in the United States.

Lead how enterprise API customers integrate, launch and scale with the fastest-growing travel API platform.

Nuitée is hiring a Technical Integration Manager to own the technical customer layer behind enterprise API integrations, from implementation to launch to optimization.

You’ll work directly with major API customers, stay close to Product and Engineering, and shape how technical integration and support works as the customer base gets larger and more complex.

You get a broader seat than most API integration roles: hands-on technical problem-solving, enterprise customer ownership, product influence, commercial visibility, and room to build the function around you.

What makes it interesting for you

• You build the technical integration and support layer for the US from the ground up
• You work directly with enterprise API customers and complex technical integrations
• You sit close to Product and Engineering, with real influence on what gets fixed, improved or built
• You work with a travel API platform designed to get customers from zero to live hotel search and booking in hours, with clean docs, modern REST APIs and developer tooling around the integration

Nuitée was already profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel, and has grown 10x since 2022. We work with companies such as Revolut, Google, Hopper, Priceline, Grab, Sabre and Walmart. Joining now means shaping how the US technical integration function works from day one, not inheriting someone else's playbook.

The kind of problems you’ll work on

• How do we help large API customers move from signed deal to live, scaling integration faster?
• How do we work out whether a customer issue is a product gap, integration problem, configuration issue, documentation gap, or misunderstanding?
• How do we turn repeated customer pain points into clear, useful feedback for Product and Engineering?
• How do we make technical onboarding and support more repeatable while keeping the speed and trust that make Nuitée work?

This role fits if you

• Have strong experience with APIs, technical integrations, and modern software products
• Can own technical relationships with enterprise customers across implementation, launch and optimization
• Have worked closely with customers on technical troubleshooting, onboarding, pre-sales, post-sales, or integration support
• Can explain technical problems clearly to engineers, product people, account managers and customer stakeholders
• Know when to troubleshoot, when to push back, when to escalate, and when to feed something into Product
• Have the ownership and adaptability to build a function while doing the work yourself

Nuitée is fast-moving, low on process, and high on trust. That suits you if you like pace, ownership, and building structure without slowing things down.

If that resonates, we’d love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The application is straightforward and interviews typically take 3 weeks.
