We're looking for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technical products, including MCPs, APIs, and SDKs, who has a proven track record driving successful marketing initiatives in the enterprise space. You will operate in both a leadership and builder capacity. This role reports to the Head of Symmetry.

• Technical acumen: You’ve marketed AI, API, and SaaS products that are built for developers and are able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Bias for action: Bring grit, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and be a hands-on help to your team, not just a facilitator. Be the entrepreneurial player/coach who is a resourceful, not reliant leader.

At Gusto and Symmetry, we don't use titles the traditional way, as a signal of rank or hierarchy. Instead, our titles describe two things at once — your craft (what you do, e.g. Engineering, Design) and your scope of ownership (what you're accountable for) — which is why you'll see something like "Head of X" instead of a rank word like "Director" that tells you neither. Because of this, the title on this posting may look different from what you'd expect based on the scope and seniority of the role, and from how similar roles are typically titled elsewhere. If you have questions about how this role compares to your current title or level, your recruiter can help translate.
