GTM Lead

About Payoneer

Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

Payoneer’s mission is to empower businesses to grow globally by connecting them to the world’s economy. We support millions of SMBs across 190+ countries with payments, working capital, and financial infrastructure.

We are now building a stablecoin-powered money movement platform — a new global settlement capability designed to make cross-border payments faster, cheaper, and more accessible for SMBs worldwide.

This initiative runs as a lean, venture-style team inside Payoneer. We have startup speed. We have global scale.

The Role

We are looking for a GTM Lead who can drive our early go-to-market, get inside the heads of our customers, craft the messaging that makes them act, and drive real transaction volume. You will be the growth engine of a small, fast-moving venture team — equal parts hacker, storyteller, and commercial operator.

You've launched new products/verticals from concept to commercial traction in fintech or payments. We're building stablecoin-powered money movement, early, undefined, high-impact. Own discovery, positioning, and the first repeatable GTM motion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive early customer adoption and payment volume, sourcing and activating SMB customers across priority corridors and segments.
• Turn interest into real transaction flow, working directly with customers to move from exploration to live usage.
• Build the first repeatable GTM motion, developing scalable acquisition and activation strategies from scratch.
• Run rapid growth experiments across messaging, pricing, onboarding flows, and outbound channels to unlock volume growth.
• Develop sharp product positioning, translating complex stablecoin infrastructure into simple, compelling value propositions for SMBs.
• Conduct deep customer discovery, identifying real pain points, workflows, and willingness to pay.
• Use customer insight and activation data to shape product direction, feeding signal directly into roadmap priorities.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the venture team and broader organization.
• Operate cross-functionally with product, partnerships, marketing, and compliance to execute GTM initiatives.
• Maintain a fast operating rhythm, shipping experiments weekly and iterating quickly based on results.

Who You Are

• A self-starter who creates momentum without being asked
• Energized by zero-to-one building and find ambiguity motivating
• Commercially sharp and obsessed with outcomes over activity
• A strong communicator who can write copy that converts and present strategy to a CFO in the same day
• Biased toward action
• Comfortable challenging assumptions, including internally, when the data points elsewhere

What You Bring

• 7–10+ years of experience in growth, GTM, sales, partnerships, or early-stage commercial roles
• At least one zero-to-one experience, having taken a product from concept to PMF, ideally in a startup environment
• Strong growth toolkit: outbound, lifecycle, channel experimentation, activation, and PMM fundamentals
• Proven ability to develop, test, and iterate on positioning and messaging
• Background in fintech or payments ecosystems and proven ability to sell to SMBs
• Strong instinct around pricing, packaging, and activation
• Experience working across regions or global teams.
• Nice to have:
• Exposure to stablecoin infrastructure propositions
• Experience in cross-border or SMB financial workflows
• Background in startup or internal incubations

Why Join Us

• Shape a new global capability at an early stage
• Direct ownership of traction and PMF
• High visibility and influence on product and commercial strategy
• Startup speed with Payoneer’s global footprint
• Opportunity to build something that could scale across 190+ markets
