We are looking for a bright and motivated Sales Capabilities Manager to join our team at the Company’s Headquarters in Genoa – Italy. In this role, you will design and oversee global training initiatives, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effectiveness across all locations, while leading a multicultural team and driving the performance of our Customer Centers worldwide.
Live your ambition. Lead with impact
In this role, you will act as a key enabler of change, elevating training into a strategic lever for business performance, driving engagement, consistency, and excellence across markets.
Global Training Strategy & Execution
You will shape and coordinate the global training strategy, transforming agents into Costa storytellers and ambassadors. You will plan and oversee cross-location training delivery (product, process, sales skills, quality), ensuring consistency, innovation (including e-learning), and alignment with business priorities.
Performance, Data & Continuous Improvement
You will translate business needs into structured training plans, defining and monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance through tests and feedback, and validating results. You will track training effectiveness and implement corrective actions, continuously improving learning paths to enhance both efficiency and commercial impact.
Leadership, Collaboration & Innovation
You will lead a core team of 5 people and coordinate, in a dotted line, international trainers across Costa Customer Hub and MST BPO (Spain & Americas), driving alignment and sharing best practices. You will also support the development of innovative training tools and e-learning platforms, leveraging advanced tools and AI solutions to scale learning and generate actionable insights.
What makes you unique
- 6–8 years of experience managing international training teams in global and multicultural environments, supported by a solid academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Marketing, or Communication.
- Proven expertise in designing innovative training programs (classroom, workshops, role plays, e-learning), including the ability to build e-learning platforms from scratch, define structured learning paths, and set KPIs.
- Strong analytical capabilities to translate business needs into training plans, define and monitor KPIs, analyze performance (tests, feedback), and drive continuous improvement, ensuring measurable impact on performance.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) is a plus. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages (French, Spanish, German) are a strong plus.
