Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Foster department culture, champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the department (5%)
• Lead recruiting and hiring efforts across APAC data operations teams, including phone screens and on-site interviews (2%)
• Accountable for the training and ramping success of new hires on the APAC data operations teams (2%)
• Maintain regular cadence of 1:1s with each direct report to recap performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support career development (8%)
• Accountable for creating quarterly competitive benchmarking documents on APAC datasets (2%)
• Develop expansive market knowledge of all players within the APAC data providers’ market (5%)
• Contribute and participate in bi-weekly Data Operations Leadership meetings to review department wide initiatives, people development, ELT updates, hiring, and data quality (5%)
