Alliance Management

PhaseV is a Boston-based technology company that redefines clinical development at scale with its enterprise-ready, multi-modal AI/ML platform — accelerating decisions, de-risking trials, and driving more efficient portfolio strategies. With over $65M raised from Accel, Insight, and others, we are poised to make a significant impact on how drugs are developed and brought to market.

Our tools span the entire pharmaceutical development process, from early program and portfolio decision-making through execution on registrational trials. From our Trial Optimizer platform which designs smarter clinical trials, to our ClinOps module, which enhances site selection by integrating patient-level insights, our offerings provide sponsors and CROs with a flexible, scalable toolkit for optimizing every stage of clinical development. We’re already collaborating with over 150 biopharma partners, including 10 of the top pharmaceutical companies, as well as multiple CROs and biotechs, with many more in late stage discussions.

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Alliance Management to lead our Alliance Management function. Account Management & Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to drive expansion, upsell, cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth within assigned accounts
• Partner closely with Business Development and delivery teams to ensure ongoing projects succeed and new opportunities are identified early
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with scientific and business stakeholders

Internal Collaboration & Operational Excellence

• Work cross-functionally with business development, product, data science, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution at assigned accounts
• Track KPIs and measure success for the function overall
• Represent PhaseV externally at conferences and industry events as needed
• Develop deep expertise in PhaseV's offerings to identify new business opportunities, and build strong command of the target market and ideal champions within biotech and pharmaceutical organizations

Qualifications:

• Engaged listener who leverages input and a variety of perspectives to develop solutions
• People management or mentorship experience a plus

Desired Skills:
