Senior AI Project Manager

Real Chemistry is looking for a senior Project Manager to lead complex AI-driven and/or IT technical initiatives across our growing portfolio. This is a high-visibility role for someone who can translate ambiguity into structured delivery, and brings cross-functional teams along for the ride. You’ll own end-to-end project delivery helping shape how we manage AI-integrated and/or IT programs and systems at scale. You should be equally comfortable communicating and presenting solutions and changes to technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain full ownership (leave no question unasked) across multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously. Serve as the primary point of accountability for project health by proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans before they escalate.
• Facilitate solution development with subject matter experts and build comprehensive project plans and risk registers across multiple workstreams.
• Lead governance and reporting cadences: status meetings + follow ups, standups, milestone reviews, and executive-level project updates
• Experience working directly with external IT, Security, Engineering, and QA; comfortable holding technical partners accountable to timelines without writing the code
• Proficiency in enterprise project management platforms like Workfront, with comfort using collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Experience in change management, with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders through shifting priorities, assess downstream impacts, communicate implications clearly, and drive alignment
• Model documentation hygiene and PM best practices
• Contribute to PMO process development, playbooks, and onboarding materials as the team scales

What You Bring

• 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms (generative AI, automation, data pipelines, or similar) — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to speak the language
  • Exceptional communication skills — equally comfortable presenting/communicating to/solutioning with  technical teams and C-suite stakeholders
• A track record of leading with accountability, clarity, and composure under pressure

At Real Chemistry, we believe we're at our best when we're connected. Our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach is designed to foster collaboration, learning, innovation, and meaningful relationships while providing flexibility where appropriate. Because our workforce spans multiple countries, regions, and client needs, work arrangements may vary by role and location. Some positions offer hybrid or remote flexibility, while others require regular in-office presence. For example, certain teams and regions, including some of our UK operations, have office-based requirements. Your recruiter will discuss the specific expectations for the role you're pursuing during the interview process and keep you informed throughout the hiring journey. For employees located within a one-hour commute of a Real Chemistry office, we require in-person attendance two days per week, either from a Real Chemistry office or when working onsite with clients. Employees in regions without a nearby office may work remotely and come together throughout the year for collaboration, culture-building, learning, and team connection opportunities. While these guidelines reflect our current workplace model, we understand that everyone’s circumstances are unique. If you require additional flexibility, we welcome an open conversation with your recruiter and our HR team to discuss your needs and determine what may be possible.
