Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Promotional Medical Education team!
The Senior Project Manager leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex client campaigns across one or more accounts. This role keeps teams aligned, manages scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and client approvals, and partners closely with Account, Finance, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Indianapolis, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. This role will work Eastern standard business hours.
What you’ll do:
- Own day-to-day project management for assigned campaigns from initiation through closeout, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and resource plans across multiple complex deliverables and teams
- Partner with Account, Finance, internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to keep work moving and ensure clear communication at every stage
- Monitor budgets weekly, support revenue recognition and invoicing activities, and flag financial risks or scope changes early
- Lead project meetings, manage client review and approval processes, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and relevant guidelines
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, timeline conflicts, resource constraints, and project issues
- Support business development efforts by contributing project management guidance, budgets, timelines, and implementation planning as needed
- Participate in project audits and help reinforce consistent project management processes and best practices
- Coach, mentor, and train project management team members and contribute to onboarding or discipline-specific training
