About RELEX

RELEX Solutions offers an AI-native, unified supply chain and retail planning platform that helps retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies plan, optimize, and automate operations across demand forecasting, inventory, merchandising, pricing, and supply chain management.

Core solutions across sectors:

• Retailers: Demand sensing, automated replenishment, space and assortment planning, and store-level execution (including mobile fresh-item ordering) to reduce waste, prevent stockouts, and boost omnichannel product availability.
• Wholesalers & Distributors: Automated inventory planning and adaptive multi-tier supply chain visibility — built for grocery, foodservice, and pharmaceutical distribution — to maximize service levels and reduce inventory bloat.
• Manufacturers & CPG: Balances production with real consumer demand by extracting downstream point-of-sale (POS) data, connecting master planning to store shelves, and running AI-driven scenario simulations to manage capacity constraints and lead times.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospecting: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities to meet quarterly and annual targets, including access to and alignment with customer C-levels.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate Salesforce.com pipeline of all opportunities, white space, contacts, and account history, with clear ongoing communication.
• Value-Based Selling: Deliver an engaging, value-based sales methodology that drives meaningful customer value for all stakeholders, including presenting the vision to C-levels.
• Sales Cycle Management: Own all aspects of the sales cycle — solution development, deal term negotiation, and contract closing — for new business opportunities within the territory.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements so that expectations are established, communicated, and documented clearly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with inside sales, pre-sales, alliances, and sales operations to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional growth.
• Selling with Integrity: Sell only what RELEX can deliver. This principle is core to how we operate and a key reason RELEX is roughly 100% customer referenceable.
