Enterprise Account Executive

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will operate independently in-market, meeting customers and prospects in person across the Bay Area and traveling as needed.

Revivn combines the learning and growth potential of a startup with the stability of a proven business. We have been profitable since inception for more than 10 years while revolutionizing how enterprises dispose of outdated IT equipment.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own the sales cycle for our most strategic enterprise opportunities, from first conversation to closed-won. This is a quota-carrying, high-ownership role for a seasoned closer with an established network in the Bay Area technology ecosystem.

About the Role

You’ll own a book of strategic enterprise accounts and turn targeted outreach into revenue. You’ll partner with Marketing on account strategy, run discovery and deal strategy with senior buyers, and collaborate with Account Management to set customers up for long-term success. You’ll report directly to the Co-CEO/Co-Founder. This role requires sound judgment, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate independently without a large local team around you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close
• Build pipeline through your existing network, targeted outreach, and close partnership with Marketing
• Run consultative discovery and tailor Revivn’s value proposition to different stakeholders across complex buying committees
• Engage senior stakeholders across IT, finance, and the C-suite through virtual and in-person meetings
• Build and manage an accurate pipeline; forecast clearly and maintain strong CRM hygiene
• Negotiate and structure deals around a usage-based model, balancing customer value with sustainable growth
• Partner with Account Management on a smooth post-sale handoff that sets up long-term expansion
• Travel monthly to meet prospects and customers in person
• Share market, customer, and product insight with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of quota-carrying, closing experience in large B2B sales
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• An established network of relevant technology buyers and decision-makers in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Experience selling into the types of enterprise customers Revivn targets, ideally within the technology ecosystem
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to run discovery and lead deal strategy end-to-end
• Confidence presenting to and engaging with senior and C-level executives
• Operational rigor, you care about pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
• A self-directed, resilient, competitive operator who thrives with high ownership and autonomy
• Strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence,  you know when to push and when to pause

Bonus

• Experience selling a usage-based model
• Background in a startup or founder/operator environment
• Experience selling to IT, finance, or operational leaders at high-growth technology companies

Why You’ll Love It Here

• Real ownership: You’ll carry your own book of strategic accounts and directly fuel Revivn’s enterprise growth
• In-market impact: Build trusted, in-person relationships with Bay Area technology leaders
• Cross-functional support: Partner with Marketing, SDR, Account Management, and operations to create and convert pipeline
• Meaningful work: Every deal helps turn e-waste into opportunity
• Stability and growth: Startup upside with the foundation of a company that has been profitable for more than a decade

If this sounds like you, apply! If you don’t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a match, we’d still love the chance to review your application.

We work to remain in contact with prospective candidates if the recruitment process ends early on.

For all job openings, we consider candidates with various backgrounds and levels of experience. When we give an offer it is based on individual skills and experience, as well as how that stacks up against other employees in the role.
