The Opportunity:
As a key member of RevMed’s growing People Operations team, the Benefits & Leave Manager will guide U.S. and Canadian employees through important life events while helping build scalable, employee-centered processes and service delivery that support RevMed’s continued growth. The Benefits & Leave Manager is responsible for the hands-on administration and accurate, timely delivery of U.S. and Canada employee benefits, leave programs, workplace accommodations, workers’ compensation, and related programs. The role reports to and works in close partnership with the Associate Director, People Operations, Benefits & Compliance to align program delivery with benefits strategy and operational priorities, address material escalations, and support the ongoing evolution of benefits, leave, and workplace accommodation processes.
The Manager has day-to-day responsibility for program delivery and serves as a subject matter expert across benefits, leave, and workplace accommodation processes for the U.S. and Canada. The role applies discretion and sound judgment to resolve employee, operational, and data issues, navigate complex leave and accommodation matters, and determine when legal, compliance, or policy escalation is appropriate. This role partners closely with Total Rewards, HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders to support effective program delivery and improve employee experience, processes, workflows, self-service, and appropriate automation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Manage day-to-day benefits administration across U.S. and Canada programs, including health and welfare, retirement, eligibility and enrollment, qualifying life events, invoice reconciliation, payroll and vendor coordination, system transactions, recurring benefits and leave data audits across systems, and issue resolution.
-
Coordinate benefits impacts associated with employee lifecycle events, including hires, terminations, transfers, and employment status or location changes, partnering with relevant stakeholders.
-
Administer and coordinate employee leaves, including monitoring case administration, documentation, pay and benefits impacts, required stakeholder updates, and return-to-work activities. Partner with leave management vendors and Payroll on ongoing administration and with HRBPs and Legal on complex or escalated leave matters.
