The Associate Director of Editorial & Content leads the Firm's editorial and content function, owning the development of the Firm's thought leadership and the marketing of that content across the Firm's channels, including social, video, podcasts, website, and email. The Associate Director sets the editorial vision, strategy, standards, and governance that shape how thought leadership and market-facing content are developed, prioritized, and brought to market, raising the profile of the Firm's priority, institutional, and emerging practices in service of strategic marketing and business development objectives.

The Associate Director serves as a principal adviser to Firm leadership, practice groups, and individual lawyers on content strategy and editorial best practices, partnering across the Firm to develop thought leadership, campaigns, and other market-facing content.

The Associate Director works in close partnership with the communications functions (Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Brand & Internal Communications, Awards & Recognition) as well as Business Development and Marketing Operations to ensure content advances the Firm's business priorities, strengthens its market position, and delivers a consistent client experience across channels.
