-
Maintaining the integrity of operational information in relevant systems, identifying data issues and escalating system glitches or outages through the appropriate channels.
-
Acting as an operational point of contact for the Finance and Digital teams, and other internal stakeholders, coordinating action on cross-functional issues and following up on agreed actions.
-
Providing day-to-day leadership and support to relevant members of the Operations team, setting priorities, monitoring delivery, addressing operational issues and ensuring appropriate cover during periods of absence.
