About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished and highly driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic Sales & Marketing programs in Rubrik IT. You will own planning and delivery of high-impact cross-functional programs that span Go-To-Market, Marketing automation, Web marketing, Sales Compensation, and Partner enablement. You will provide visible leadership, accountability, and governance across initiatives, from intake and prioritization through execution, go-live, and post-implementation optimization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record delivering complex technology programs, a deep understanding of Sales & Marketing processes, and exceptional collaboration skills to partner effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
What You’ll Do:
-
Program Strategy & Governance
- Define, champion, and execute the Sales & Marketing IT initiatives, aligned to company-wide business objectives, GTM strategy, and annual planning priorities.
- Lead one or more concurrent, complex programs involving one or more of these domains - CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Web Marketing, Sales Performance Management, and Sales Commissions.
- Champion responsible use of LLMs (e.g., Claude) in Sales & Marketing workflows, setting guardrails for security, compliance, and data privacy in collaboration with InfoSec and Legal.
- Partner with IT and business teams to translate business goals (Pipeline growth, Conversion, retention, Marketing efficiency, Partner performance) into clear program charters, success metrics, and implementation plans.
- Establish program governance (cadence, forums, decision-making, risk and issue management) for Sales & Marketing IT initiatives.
- Implement and continuously improve a unified Program Management framework and tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) for Sales & Marketing IT.
- Leverage AI into the overall SDLC in alignment with Rubrik’s Native AI expectations.
-
Program Delivery & Execution
- Create and own the program plan including cross-functional key deliverables. Negotiate and get cross functional alignment. Partner with Business and IT teams to align and commit on the program Scope, Schedule and Resources.
- Own the full lifecycle: demand intake, scoping, solution approach, detailed planning, execution, testing / UAT, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live optimization.
- Build and manage integrated plans that cover business milestones, technical delivery, dependencies, data and reporting, and change management.
