• Build solid expertise of the entire COUPA application suite and leverage this knowledge to better design application and data frameworks for SIE.
• Adhere to COUPA iterative development processes to deliver concrete value each release while driving longer-term technical vision.
• Act as the sounding board for architecture standards and patterns, with a demonstrated passion for advocating their accurate usage and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Participate in defect analysis for maintenance releases to ensure robust functional resolution to customer-facing issues.
• Own the prioritization, management, and reporting of progress against identified Finance initiatives.
• Work closely with the SAP and MuleSoft team to define requirements for E2E flow.
• Validate the approach for delivery of system changes to ensure accurate testing and documentation is completed.
• Contribute to interface design and coordinate and assist with integration testing as required.
• As required, work closely with internal and third-party technical teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the SAP platform.
