EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice helps clients reinvent their end-to-end supply chains, business processes and operating models to deliver cost savings, increased resilience and sustainable value.
We are seeking a Manager to support the solutioning and delivery of complex digital procurement and Source-to-Pay technology programs. You will work with leading procurement platforms, including ZIP and GEP, and help clients translate procurement objectives into functional, technical, integration, data and delivery requirements.
This role combines strong Source-to-Pay process knowledge with hands-on implementation experience. You will lead workstreams and project teams, facilitate design decisions, manage delivery activities, build trusted client relationships, and support business development efforts.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead digital procurement solutioning and delivery workstreams, with accountability for scope, quality, milestones, risks, dependencies and client outcomes.
- Support opportunity qualification, discovery, solution development, estimation, proposal preparation, demonstrations and client presentations.
- Translate client objectives and requirements into solution approaches, implementation roadmaps, workplans, resource models, assumptions and estimates.
- Lead current-state assessments and future-state design sessions across relevant Source-to-Pay capabilities, including intake, supplier onboarding, sourcing, contracting, supplier risk, purchasing, invoicing, analytics and adjacent processes.
- Document business, functional, technical, integration, data, reporting, security, control and nonfunctional requirements for ZIP and/or GEP implementations.
- Apply knowledge of platform capabilities, configuration options, implementation considerations and AI-enabled features to develop practical solutions.
- Facilitate working sessions, assess options and trade-offs, maintain design decisions, and escalate architecture matters that require senior leadership or design authority input.
- Promote standard platform capabilities and disciplined design decisions while identifying where extensions or adjacent solutions may be required.
- Manage procurement technology implementations or major workstreams through mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment, stabilization and transition.
- Develop and maintain project plans, deliverables, dependency tracking, status reporting, decision logs, risks, issues and quality controls.
