You’ll play a key role in helping scale Two Chairs during an exciting phase of growth.

Core Areas of Responsibility

• Recruit with impact: Meet individual KPIs by managing full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed therapists aligned with our values.
• Be the voice of Two Chairs: Share our unique mission, culture, and employee value proposition with prospective candidates.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience: Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and strengthens our employment brand.
• Drive strategy: Source creatively, re-engage past candidates, and refine processes to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 year recruiting for independently licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD)
• Experience in high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Comfort using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills
• Ability to leverage business acumen, and analyze and interpret data to inform your decisions

• Paid time off, including nine paid holidays and an additional Winter Office Closure from Christmas Day (Observed) through New Year's Day
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
• 401(k) Retirement savings options
• Annual $1,000 Productivity & Wellness Stipend to support your personal and professional goals
