• Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational gaps early, and help leadership teams put in place the structure, ownership, and mechanisms needed to keep initiatives on track.
• Evaluate new opportunities to extend shipping capabilities, including service-based models, strategic partnerships, and other growth vectors.

What you will bring

• Experience leading operating cadences, business reviews, strategic planning, and cross-functional governance in a large, matrixed organization.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, executive-level materials and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, anticipate issues, and influence without direct authority.
• Experience in marketplace, shipping, logistics, trust, operations, or other sophisticated customer-focused environments.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting business leaders through market expansion, integration work, capability-building, or new business model development.
• Familiarity with pricing, economics, customer experience, or program governance in a marketplace or service business.
