  • Ensure application security, audit and process compliance for systems in managed project, support and enhancements
  • Ensure Subject Matter Experts(SME) for the supported application systems are available
  • Ensure 24 x 7 applications availability and applications performance

• Software Development
  • Performs or Assists in solution design, configuration or development and unit testing for new projects and enhancement requests
  • Track and monitor enhancement and support deliverables by service providers (e.g. AMS) as specified in the SLA
  • Track and monitor project deliverables by product team as per agreed timeline
