Engineering Team Supervisor

Are you an experienced engineer or engineering technologist who enjoys developing people as much as solving technical challenges?

Fleetway is seeking two supervisors to lead multidisciplinary groups of engineers and technologists supporting Canada's National Shipbuilding Strategy and Halifax Class Design Agent programs.

In this role, you will combine technical leadership with people leadership. You will mentor and develop a high-performing team while contributing to complex marine engineering projects that directly support the operational readiness of the Royal Canadian Navy.

This is an opportunity to influence nationally significant defence programs, help shape the next generation of engineering talent, and build a rewarding leadership career within one of Canada's leading marine engineering organizations.

At Fleetway, you'll work alongside talented professionals solving complex engineering challenges while contributing to projects that have a direct impact on Canada's maritime defence capabilities.

If you're a collaborative leader who is passionate about developing people and contributing to complex engineering programs, we'd love to hear from you!
