This is a leadership opportunity for a credentialed professional who excels at managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, guiding high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships. - Support strategic growth in the Industrial and Defense OEM market, while also contributing to opportunities in Federal, Aviation, Transit, and related sectors.
- Evaluate opportunities, support capture and pursuit efforts, and contribute to proposal development.
- Collaborate with operations, market leaders, and technical teams to align project execution with business goals.
- Represent Michael Baker at client meetings, industry events, and market-facing activities.
