Job Purpose: Lead - Projects IT will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful installation, testing and commissioning of IT systems and technologies across all construction projects. This includes overseeing IT infrastructure deployments, construction project management systems, and ensuring the integration of advanced technology solutions to support efficient airport construction processes. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure IT systems are aligned with construction objectives, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
IT Project Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects focused on construction, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) integration, project management software (e.g., SAP or Oracle), and real-time data analytics tools.
- Coordinate the implementation of IT systems for construction project monitoring, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost tracking.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with construction timelines, safety standards, and airport regulations.
Construction IT Systems:
- Ensure that technology solutions, such as BIM, are effectively integrated with airport construction activities to enhance project collaboration and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the deployment of IT systems that support digital twins, GIS mapping, construction automation tools, data centers, network architecture, communication systems and compliance with aviation and construction standards.
