Job Description

Location: East Midlands Gateway / Coleshill
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday
Arvato offers you one of the most dynamic working environments you can imagine. We are growing, we are innovative, and we solve the challenges of our customers around the world every day.
Shape the future of logistics as a Logistics Planner at our locations in UK, Corby, Hams Hall, Kings Norton and East Midlands Gateway and take responsibility for modern intralogistics solutions that deliver real impact. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across Europe, drive automation, digitalization, and innovative warehouse concepts, and grow both professionally and personally alongside your team. Together, you will create transparency, make informed decisions, and deliver results that our customers can rely on.
We are looking for talented individuals who enjoy international collaboration and want to be part of a growth story.
- Develop Intralogistics Concepts. You will design and plan modern warehouse and logistics solutions, ranging from manual and semi-automated systems to highly automated operations, with a clear focus on efficiency, scalability, and customer value.
- Data-Driven Material Flow and Facility Planning. Using structural data analysis, you will plan material flows, storage strategies, and warehouse layouts. You will leverage modern simulation and visualization tools to support informed decision-making.
- Consultative Customer Engagement. You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external customers, analysing requirements and presenting tailored solutions that improve processes and create measurable value.
- Project Management from Planning to Implementation. You will support the implementation of your concepts at our logistics sites, assist in supplier selection, coordinate project workstreams, and maintain oversight of budgets, timelines, productivity targets, and workforce planning.
- Teamwork and Continuous Improvement. As part of an international team of logistics planners and industrial engineers, you will share knowledge, learn from successes and challenges, and contribute to the ongoing development of our logistics standards.
