At Stantec, Team Leaders are expected to work from the office at least three days per week.

- Guarantee timely and effective delivery of project requirements.
- Lead by example and promote cross-team collaboration.
- Foster a strong health and safety culture within the team.
- Manage formal and informal training initiatives, provide mentorship, and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Collaborate with BCPLs and technical teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in field operations.
