Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join the delivery team within our Experience organization at Wellmark. This is your chance to build meaningful digital experiences that directly enhance how our members interact with us every day. You’ll design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and document robust software solutions that advance Wellmark’s business strategy and Technology vision — all while ensuring your work meets project specifications, quality standards, and delivers exceptional member value.  

As a true full-stack contributor, you’ll work across the stack (with the balance of front-end and back-end shifting based on each feature). You will preferably bring strong experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), GitHub, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD, plus hands-on work in AWS. You’ll collaborate closely with other Technology teams and business units to improve user experience, meet accessibility and usability standards, explore smart technology alternatives, and support seamless system integration.

Qualifications

Preferred: 

• Previous full MEAN Stack Development Experience  
• AWS and Github Actions Experience 
• Experience working within an Agile team environment.  
• Experience partnering with global staffing vendors to deliver on commitments
