Transforming Waste into Value
At Kanadevia Inova, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of waste-to-X technology. We are not just waste managers; we are creators of value from what communities discard. Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.
Job Description
- Independently carry out visual, dimensional and coating (DFT) inspections at supplier sites, following the approved Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Supervise welding activities and verify material grades, traceability and equipment calibration against WPS/WPQR and international codes.
- Review supplier inspection reports, test results and certification books to confirm compliance with ITPs and applicable standards.
- Monitor workshop progress and expedite suppliers by comparing actual fabrication status against the plan (deliveries, fabrication status, activity planning).
- Write clear inspection reports and verify that suppliers comply with HSE rules, legal regulations and company compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Technical High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical field (university degree preferred), with 5+ years of experience in plant construction, boiler, steel, apparatus or pipeline fabrication.
- NDT qualifications (VT Level 2 and PT Level 2 required; RT film reading and UT Level 2 are an advantage), plus CSWIP Welding Supervisor certification at minimum.
- Coating inspection experience (NACE/Frosio Level 2 is an advantage) and the ability to read and interpret drawings and fabrication plans.
- Working knowledge of international codes such as EN-ISO, ASME IX and PED (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications are an advantage).
- Professional English (minimum B2), proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), experience in multicultural international projects, and willingness to travel up to 100%.
